One of the best and most authentic wine tasting experiences you can do while in Italy. From the set-up being impeccably prepared in their vineyards, to the food pairing served with the wines, and the tour - everything was perfect! It was a pleasure to get to know the story behind la Pruina and to spend the evening in such a wonderful environment with great food and top wines. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

À l’occasion de notre 4e anniversaire de mariage, j’avais envie de réserver autre chose qu’un restaurant, j’ai donc booké une dégustation chez La Pruina Vini. Nous avons passé 2 heures superbes, seuls au milieu des vignes et des oliviers à déguster 4 de leurs vins (blanc, rosé et rouge) accompagnés de plusieurs petites choses à manger. C’était vraiment super ! Pia nous a accueilli comme des rois. Pour nous qui ne maîtrisons pas encore l’italien, elle parle anglais. Nous sommes repartis avec 3 bouteilles que nous avons acheté à la boutique et nous reviendrons faire du stock prochainement. En prime, ils nous avaient préparé une surprise en nous offrant un gâteau spécialement pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Attention qui m’a particulièrement touché ! Je recommande l’expérience. This is arguably the best ever wine experience we have done and should be on your list of things to do in Puglia. We organised this experience with Puglia Shuttle allowing us to taste 5 outstanding wines without the worry of who was driving home. We booked the food experience, and after a brief introduction in the shop were driven out to the vineyard to have a cooking lesson and dinner next to the vines. I won’t give too much aware, the food is divine, the experience is authentic with the family and then there is wines - we will have a shipment being delivered home soon!

We are friends with a cousin of the family.  Nevertheless, this was the first time that we met the family.  We took the pasta-making class, participated in the wine tasting and went on the cycle tour with our son.  Everything was well planned beforehand, yet the flow of events was natural.  Bicycles stood at the shop as we arrived - one for our seven-year old.  We heard fascinating stories of the vineyard, the family and life in Apulia.  Macaroni are easier to make by hand than orichete, I know that now.  The nonna makes it look so easy.  The food we had was tasty and fresh.  And I liked the white wine, which was made of red negroamare grapes.  But I also enjoyed the full-bodied red negroamare.  When the dad came around, he showed us the newly-planted vines.  I enjoyed the excursion.  The setting of the tasting is unique.  It is good to see, what hard work and creativity can achieve.  We did order two boxes of primitivo in the past.  And probably we shall try other wines as well in the future.

We went as a group of 16 people, since we are doing a 1 week bike tour together, and we highly recommend it. It was very informative, very well curated, they wine is certainly fantastic (and the prizes also show it), but above all - Maria Pia and her family are fantastic hosts! The whole family participated and hosted us, from  grand parents to the son, all the 3 generations were with us and they all contributed to the phenomenal experience we all had. Other that the wine taste and the vineyards visit we also did a cooking class with Maria´s mother and had it for lunch - Delicious!

Such an intimate and special wine tasting experience! We really loved sitting in the sunny vineyard, enjoying the great wines and delicious homemade food. Definitely something unique in the region and one of our favorite holiday memories.
